INGREDIENTS
85 g gluten free pasta shapes
½ red pepper, chopped
1 baby gem lettuce
handful halved tomatoes
1 cooked chicken breast
1 tbsp basil pesto
2 tbsp lactose free cream or mayo
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the gluten free pasta following pack instructions. Meanwhile, mix the red pepper with the tomatoes, lettuce and chicken.
Mix the pesto and lactose free cream. Drain the pasta, then stir it through 1tbsp of the pesto mix.
Drizzle the chicken with the remaining pesto, and serve the gluten free pasta.
