Remove the pit from your peaches. Chop the peaches and combine them with the water
and sugar in a saucepan.
Stir the mixture together and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat stirring
occasionally. Turn off the heat for 30 minutes and let the mixture steep.
Get a bowl and fine mesh strainer, press the peach mixture through the strainer Try to
extract as much liquid from the peach puree mixture as possible.
Place the peach puree mixture in the fridge to chill.
Fill a glass with ice and add 2 tablespoons of the puree to each glass and stir.
